Oaktree’s Marks Says US Displays Total Lack of Fiscal Discipline

The US has a complete lack of fiscal discipline, and efforts to push down long-term borrowing costs are unlikely to work unless the government addresses the country’s mounting deficit, according to Oaktree Capital Management co-founder Howard Marks.
